We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the following situation:
- The product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
To Request an Exchange
If you receive a damaged item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
- Include your order number and contact details.
- Our team will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement.
Conditions for Exchange
- The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Claims submitted without photo/video evidence may not be eligible for exchange.
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Used or opened products (unless received damaged)
